After install, the browser wouldn't open. So, I restored to the point just before this and restarted. Then I unistalledIE 7. Still nothing.I went to self help on my computer (Compaq Organize) and finally found a way to download IE 8. Now the browser works, but shuts down periodically.I wonder if IE 8 is compatible with my computer OS?Thanks for any info you can supply.
